Found – A Missing Blogger
I have been missing in action for a little while but now I am back. In the last few weeks I fainted for the very first time in my life, then I fainted again.
I fought back tears while convincing my doctor to look beyond diabetes as to why I fainted.
I found out that low hematocrit levels falsely increases blood glucose measurements. Anemia is the reason for my higher than usual blood glucose reading and might also be the reason I fainted. Anemia and diabetes sucks, they share some of the same symptoms.
Most importantly I miss blogging, happy Monday.
